生物复合型种衣剂对香谷苗期生理指标的影响

摘    要:
[目的]为提高谷子的产量和品质提供参考。[方法]以不同比例自行配制的中药-壳聚糖复合生物种衣剂对香谷种子进行包衣处理,通过田间小区试验研究其苗期生理活性的变化情况。[结果]经中药-壳聚糖复合型种衣剂处理后,香谷发芽率、根系活力、叶绿素含量及各种保护酶活性等苗期生理指标均良性高于对照。中药-壳聚糖复合型种衣剂包衣能提高香谷种子活力,但过高浓度的种衣剂抑制了种子的萌发和酶活力的提高,其中以1ml种衣剂原液加入到300和500ml水的效果最佳。[结论]一定浓度的中药-壳聚糖复合型种衣剂包衣能提高香谷种子活力,并促进种子萌发。

Effect of Biological Complex Seed-coating Agent on the Physiology Indexes of Millet Seedling

Abstract:
[Objective] The reference of the improvement of the yield and quality of millet was provided through the experiment.[Method] The change of the physiological activity of the millet seedling stage was studied through the experiment in the different ratio of self-prepared seed-coating agent containing Chinese medicine—chitosan.[Results] The rate of germination,the activity of root,the content of chlorophyll and various protective enzymes and other physiological indicators of healthy millet seedling after treatment were higher than that of the CK.The complex seed-coating agent of Chinese-chitosan could increase the vigor of millet seed,but high concentration could inhibit its germination and enzyme activity.The optimal concentration of the seed-coating agent was 1ml chemical added in 300 and 500ml water.[Conclusion] The treatment with certain concentration could intensify the vitality of millet seed for better seed germination.
