应用昆虫病原线虫防治杏园桃红颈天牛

摘    要:对昆虫病原线虫的3个品系,4个浓度防治杏树上的桃红颈天牛进行了研究。结果表明:线虫施用1个月的效果达58.3% ̄100%;施用后翌年的追踪效果4/5以上的观察虫洞达100%。经方差分析,各品系间对天牛幼虫的侵染效果无显著差异;各浓度间有差异,即30000条/ml和40000条/ml浓度间达到极显著差异水平(1%);30000条/ml和50000条/ml间达到5%差异显著水平;40000条/ml和5

Abstract:The Red Longicorn Beetle(RLB, Aromia bungii Faldermann)can damage 30% to 100% of the fruit trees and is one of the important pests in China.It was urgent to find a better way to control it .Traditional control methods are not effective.The nematodes were used to control the RLB on apricot in this study.The efficiency rate ranged from 58.3%-100%one month after the application of nematodes and nearly 100% eight months after the application.There were no significant difference in the control effects among the strains on the RLB larvae,but there were significant difference in the control effects between densities of nematodes.Extremely significant difference was found between 30000IJ/ml and 40000IJ/ml and significant difference was found between 30000IJ/ml and 50000IJ/ml.There was no significant difference between 40000IJ/ml and 50000IJ/ml.The results indicated that it was a new effective method to control RLB larvae with nematodes,and the optimum density of nematodes of 40000IJ/ml was hereby proposed.
