| 摘 要： | 针对加热炉因结蜡和结焦而发生炉管堵塞的情况，采用了化学清洗技术实施清洗，收到了满足的效果。与常用的大修方法相比，化学清洗技术具有诸多优点，即施工简单、安全；清洗剂不会对炉管造成腐蚀，并且适合于对复杂的炉管内表面；清洗周期只占大修周期的１／１０，清洗成本低。炉管清洗后的运行参数表明，加热炉的原设计性能得到了恢复，原油出口左和压差都保持在规定范围内。

| Abstract: | The chemical cleaning technique has been adopted to clean the wax-deposited and coked heater tube in Suining pump station. Comparing with the conventional overhaul method, this technique has the advantages of simple and safe construction,the cleaning agent can not corrode the heater tube and is suited to the complex internal surface of tube,the cleaning period is only a tenth of the overhaul period with low cleaning cost. The operaing parameters of the cleaned heater show that the original design performance of heater has returned,the temperature difference and pressure difference of oil outlet keep to the specified range. |
