油菜多功能精量排种器的设计

根据对3种油菜品种物理特性的对比试验及分析,得出油菜多功能精量排种器是一种较为实用的油菜免耕直播排种器,论证了该排种器的排种性能及其应用于油菜免耕直播的可行性,并进行了油菜籽粒物理性状对比试验,通过台架试验对籽粒三维尺寸和型孔进行对比,确定同一排种轴上设定3种不同尺寸的椭圆腰型窝眼型孔,并通过研究和分析排种器的功能结构,对排种器的护种盒进行护种板材质与排种孔坡度的改型。试验表明:该排种器大大减少了籽粒滞留于排种器内的现象,充种效果良好。

Design of Multifunctional Rape No-tillage and Direct Seeding Device

According to the analysis of the physical property in three kind of rape , this study has concluded that the rape no-tillage and direct seeding device filling seed outside , which is multifunctional and precise , works fairly ideal and has a good performance .Moreover , in this paper , the primary tasks for verifying its seedling performance and studying the feasibility of applying it to rape no-tillage and direct seeding are as follows:Firstly , based on the test about the physical property of different rapeseeds , a final design that three different size of socket-roller and elliptical mold hole were set on the same feed shaft was determined through making comparative platform experiment on the characteristics of rapeseeds ’ three-dimensional size and mold hole .Secondly , by analysis the functional structure of this seeding device above , its board material for protecting seed and the slope of seeding hole were both remodeled .At last , it was discovered that the quantity of seeds left behind in the seeding device was reduced greatly and the consequence of filling seeds was effective after some tests were done .
