外源6-BA对油橄榄生殖生长期光合特性的影响

摘    要:【目的】探明外源6-BA对油橄榄光合特性的影响,了解光合特性与产量的关系,为油橄榄栽培管理提供参考。【方法】以昆明市海口林场油橄榄种植园51年生油橄榄为研究对象,在生殖生长期使用200 mg/L 6-BA进行叶面喷施处理,以不喷施任何药剂的油橄榄为对照,对比分析始花期、盛花期、幼果期和熟果期油橄榄叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、水分利用效率(EWU)的差异,了解产量与各光合指标的相关性。【结果】在油橄榄生殖生长期,叶面喷施6-BA能显著提高整个生殖生长期的SPAD值、Pn、EWU,提高油橄榄始花期、盛花期和幼果期的Gs,降低油橄榄始花期、盛花期和熟果期的Tr,从而提高EWU,但对整个生殖生长期的各光合指标的变化趋势无显著影响。油橄榄整个生殖生长期SPAD值和Pn呈直线上升的趋势,Gs和EWU呈先降低、后逐渐升高的趋势,Tr呈先升高、后减低的趋势。此外,油橄榄产量与始花期、幼果期的Pn,幼果期的Gs,始花期、盛花期和幼果期的EWU,始花期、盛花期、熟果期的SPAD值呈显著正相关,与熟果期的Gs及始花期、盛花期和熟果期的Tr呈极显著负相关。【结论】叶面喷施6-BA能提高油橄榄的光合特性,但不影响油橄榄整个生殖生长期的光合进程。选择适宜的时期叶面喷施6-BA有益于油橄榄产量的提高。

Abstract:【Objective】To ascertain effects of exogenous 6-BA on photosynthetic characteristics in Olea europaea,to learn correlation between photosynthetic characteristics and yield,and to provide some references for cultivation and management in O.europaea.【Method】In O.europaea plantation of Haikou Forest Farm of Kunming City,51-yearold O.europaea plants were used as research objects.Leaf spraying treatments were carried out with 200 mg/L 6-BA during reproductive stage,using plants without spraying any chemicals as a control.Chlorophyll content(SPAD value),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),water use efficiency(EWU)in O.europaea were compared and analyzed at initial flowering period,full flowering period,young fruit period and ripe fruit period.Correlations between yield and photosynthetic indexes were analyzed.【Result】During reproductive stage in O.europaea,leaf spraying 6-BA can significantly increase SPAD value,Pn and EWU throughout reproductive stage,it can increase Gs in O.europaea at initial flowering period,full flowering period and young fruit period,and it can reduce Tr in O.europaea at initial flowering period,full flowering period and ripe fruit period,thereby EWU is increased.However,it has no significant effect on change trend of photosynthetic indexes throughout reproductive stage.Throughout reproductive stage,SPAD value and Pn in O.europaea show straight upward trends,Gs and EWU are decreased first and then increased gradually,and Tr is increased first and then decreased.In addition,yield in O.europaea has significantly positive correlations with Pn at initial flowering period and young fruit period,Gs at young fruit period,EWU at initial flowering period,full flowering period and young fruit period,and SPAD value at initial flowering period,full flowering period and ripe fruit period.Yield in O.europaea has very significantly negative correlations with Gs at ripe fruit period,and Tr at initial flowering period,full flowering period and ripe fruiting period.【Conclusion】Leaf spraying 6-BA can improve photosynthetic characteristics in O.europaea,but has no effect on photosynthetic process in O.europaea throughout reproductive stage.Leaf spraying 6-BA is beneficial to increasing yield in O.europaea at suitable period.
