‘华仲11号’杜仲在植物生长调节剂处理下生长参数的分析

摘    要:【目的】研究不同植物生长调节剂处理对‘华仲11号’杜仲苗期生长规律的影响情况,为杜仲树势调控和定向培育技术的研究提供理论依据。【方法】以‘华仲11号’杜仲1年生平茬苗为研究材料,在其叶面分别喷施浓度依次为200、400、600 mg·L-1的三碘苯甲酸、缩节胺和多效唑,比较不同处理对‘华仲11号’杜仲苗高和地径生长的影响情况,并用Logistic模型拟合‘华仲11号’杜仲在不同处理下苗高和地径的生长曲线方程,分析各方程生长极值(k)、速生期始期(t_1)、速生期结束期(t_2)、速生期(t_2-t_1)及速生点(t_0)等参数的特点及其相互间的关联程度。【结果】不同处理下‘华仲11号’的苗高为104.73~159.14 cm,地径为12.31~16.31 mm,方差分析结果表明,不同处理间存在显著差异;浓度为400 mg·L-1的多效唑处理对苗高和地径的抑制作用均最显著,该处理的苗高和地径与对照相比分别低34.19%和24.52%。各处理下‘华仲11号’杜仲苗高生长曲线方程的决定系数(R^2)为0.993~0.998,地径生长曲线方程的决定系数(R^2)为0.994~0.999。各处理下‘华仲11号’杜仲苗高的速生期始期(t1H)与速生点(t0H)、速生期结束期(t2H)之间均有显著的正相关关系,其拟合方程的决定系数(R^2)分别为0.697和0.435;苗高生长极值(k_H)和苗高的速生期结束期(t2H)、速生点(t0H)之间也都有显著的正相关关系,其拟合方程的决定系数分别为0.534和0.447。【结论】浓度为400 mg·L-1的多效唑处理对‘华仲11号’杜仲苗高和地径生长的抑制效果均最好;各处理均可通过Logistic方程拟合苗期生长规律;可采用苗高指标对植物生长调节剂的抑制效果进行评价。

Abstract:【Objective】Effects of different plant growth regulator treatments on growth regulation of Eucommia ulmoides‘Huazhong No.11’at seedling stage were researched,in order to provide some theoretical bases for tree vigor regulation and directive cultivation in E.ulmoides.【Method】Using one-year-old stubble seedlings in‘Huazhong No.11’as research materials,triiodophenoic acid,mepiquat chloride and paclobutrazol were sprayed on leaves at concentrations of 200,400 and 600 mg·L-1,effects of different treatments on seedling height and ground diameter in‘Huazhong No.11’were compared.Growth curves of seedling height and ground diameter were fitted by using Logistic equation,and characteristics and their correlation of growth extreme(k),early stage of rapid growth(t1),final stage of rapid growth(t2),rapid growth stage(t2-t1)and rapid growth point(t0)were analyzed.【Result】Seedling height of‘Huazhong No.11’is from 104.73 cm to 159.14 cm and ground diameter is from 12.31 mm to 16.31 mm among different treatments.The results of variance analysis show that there are significant differences among different treatments.Spraying 400 mg·L-1 paclobutrazol can significantly inhibit seedling height and ground diameter,and seedling height and ground diameter are 34.19%and 24.52%lower than that of the control,respectively.Determination coefficient(R2)of seedling height growth curve in‘Huazhong No.11’is from 0.993 to 0.998 in different treatments,and that of ground diameter is from 0.994 to 0.999.Early stage of rapid growth(t1H)of seedling height in‘Huazhong No.11’has significantly positive correlations with rapid growth point(t0H)and final stage of rapid growth(t2H),and determination coefficient(R2)are 0.697 and 0.435,respectively.Seedling height extreme(kH)has significantly positive correlations with final stage of rapid growth(t2H)and rapid growth point(t0H),and determination coefficients are 0.534 and 0.447,respectively.【Conclusion】The treatment of 400 mg·L-1 paclobutrazol has the best inhibition effects on seedling height and ground diameter in‘Huazhong No.11’.In different treatment,growth regulations at seedling stage can be fitted by using Logistic equation.Seedling height indexes can be used to evaluate inhibition effect of plant growth regulators.
