苇浆厂苇末的收集与利用

摘    要:以芦苇、麦草、蔗渣等为造纸原料,对保护森林资源、满足市场需求具有重要的意义.为此,介绍了苇浆厂苇末的回收工艺和综合利用情况。苇末是一种纤维性粉尘,常规除尘器收集不适应或效率不高,三相流化床具有较强的粉尘适应性,能较好地解决苇末的除尘和回收问题;苇浆厂除尘系统改造,显著地改善了厂内外环境质量,并取得了显著的社会效益、经济效益;苇末的农业资源化利用也带来了良好的生态效应和可观的经济效益.

Abstract:Recovery technology and integrated utilization of reed residue in reed pulp piant are introduced. Traditional detester can not collect properly or efficiently the reed residue which belongs to the category of fiber dust. However, the three-phase fluidized bed can accommodate this kind of dust and can deal with the collection and recovery of reed residue competently. Reconstruction of detester System in a reed pulp plant enhanced the environment quality both inside and outside the plant. Remarkable social and ecologic benefits were obtained. Taken as a kind of agricultural resource, reed residue has generated good ecologic effect and considerable economic benefit.
