北京地区8个白金针菇主栽菌株的鉴别研究

摘    要:利用拮抗试验和RAPD方法对不同白色金针菇栽培菌株进行鉴别,结果表明两种方法得到了一致的结论,将8个菌株分为五类:金白1号、白15、147、玉山Fy 4个菌株各为一类,金针菇(合肥)、金针菇(分P)、金针菇(A2)、金针菇(天)属于第五类.因此认为在食用菌菌种的鉴别中,应用拮抗试验对供试菌株进行初步筛选是必要的,可以减少工作量和盲目性,为进一步的研究提供依据;同时RAPD方法从分子方面提供了强有力的鉴别技术,进而通过系统的综合分析,为遗传学研究和育种提供依据.

Abstract:Identification research among 8 white cultivated strains of Flammulina velutipes were analyzed by antagonistic test and RAPD,respectively.The results showed that the two methods got the same conclusion,and 8 strains could be divided into five groups:Jinbai No1,Bai15,147,Yushan Fy belonged to different groups,respectively;F.velutipes Hefei,F.velutipes P,F.velutipes A2,F.velutipes Tian belonged to the fifth group.Therefore,in order to reduce the workload and blindness,and to provide a basis for further resear...
