赤眼蜂寄主选择性及其机理研究:(Ⅲ)生理生化机制分析

摘    要:对10种不同寄主卵的氨基酸分析结果表明:普适、寡适和不适寄主卵,在氨基酸种类、含量和组成比例方面,与赤眼蜂的寄生特性无明显相关性。2种不适寄主卵对赤眼蜂产入的卵可形成包囊或抑制性物质而终止赤眼蜂的正常发育。

Abstract:The results of correlation analysis between the physiological property, biochemical property, in-formation matter of host eggs and selectivity, parasitic characters of Tnchugramma indicated: The type, content, propertion of amino acids in host eggs had no influence on the host selection and oviposition characters. Trichogramma species were sensitive and information matter to host eggs. The eggs of 2 types of nonadaptative host could form sac around eggs laid by Trichogramma or produce inhibition substance to terminate the development of Trichogramma.
