| 摘 要： | 总结了网络计划的研究概况,在随机网络计划中引进蒙特卡洛仿真技术。结合管道水平定向钻穿越工程进度管理实例,在其网络计划中应用蒙特卡洛仿真技术进行分析,以概率形式确定关键工作和施工工期,为项目经理进行进度管理提供更多更充实信息。

| Abstract: | The progress of ordinary network program is summarized,the Monte Carlo simulation technique is introduced in stochastic network program. In combination with a project schedule management case of pipe horizontal direction drill project,the author analyzes its network program with Monte Carlo simulation technique,and then comes to the conclusion that the stochastic network program can give more substantial schedule information to the project manager than ordinary network program. |
