山核桃油提取工艺的研究

摘    要:以山核桃为原材料,得油率为指标,采用索氏法和超声波法对山核桃的油脂提取工艺进行了。结果表明。超声波法的影响因素中,料液比影响最大,其次是提取温度和提取时间。其最佳提取条件为时间40min、温度50℃、料液比1:10。超声波法相比索氏法,具有高的得油率和节约大量时间。

Abstract:In this experiment use Carya cathayensis Sar as the raw materials, And using the essential oil yield weight as the indicators, to find the best formula of Ultrasonic methods by orthogonal experiments, the results showed that: ratio of material to liquid are the most important factors in the extraction process, then temperature and time factors is secondary. The highest percentage of essential oil yield weight was obtained in the temperature range of 50℃ for 40min, the ratio of material to liquid is 1 : 10. the essential oil yield weight of ultrasonic method was high- er than that of the soxtex immersion,and by using ultrasonic method much time is saved.
