| 摘 要： | 茎尖菜用甘薯以食用地上部嫩梢为主,具有很高的营养和保健价值,1年可长达6个月供应市场,单位面积产量高,价格高,经济效益好.对南京地区茎尖菜用甘薯的特征特性、品种选择、栽培措施、适时采摘、越冬保苗等方面进行了论述.

| Abstract: | Sweet potato stem tips as vegetable is planted mainly for new shoots which have high nutrition and health care value. Its market sale lasts 6 months, the yield in unit area is high and the price is also high, so the performance of culture is good. The characteristics of cultivars, culture methods, harvest in time and the protection of plant in winter in Nanjing area are discussed in this paper. |
