玉米单交种杂种优势与双亲主要性状搭配规律分析

在分析自交系种质血缘的基础上，根据其主要形态性状可以预见性地组配强优势单交组合。分析结果表明，玉米强优势单交种双亲性状搭配的主要组合方式是：株型上为上冲筒型×平展筒型和上冲筒型×上冲筒型；果穗类型上为长筒型×短粗筒型；出子率和千粒重上为大高型×大高型和偏高型×偏高型；雄穗发育上为中下型×适中型或发达型。雌穗吐丝上为快吐丝型和吐丝正常型间相互搭配。

Analysis of Collocation Law on Heterosis and Main Characteristics from Parents in Maize

There is a closely relationship between heterosis of single cross variety and morphological characters of corresponding parent. On the bases of analysing main germplasm genealogy,superior single cross combinations were collocated predictly according to the main morphological charaters of inbred line. The resuits indicated that ideal collocation of parent for superior interlinear hybrid is upwardtubular×flatly-tubular and upward-tubular×upward-tubular. in plant type, long-tubular×short-tubulaar in ear type, super-high×super-high and high×high in grain producing rate and thousand kernel weigh, middle to lower dveloped×moderate developed or well-deveoped in the grouth of tassel, and quick-type×normal type in style sprouting.
