| 摘 要： | 随着畜牧业的迅速发展和生态养殖理念的不断深入,世界各国畜禽和水产养殖业发展速度不断加快,对动物蛋白质的需求也日益增加。为了给家禽生产提供丰富的蛋白质饲料,许多国家开始发展蚯蚓养殖,且进展迅速。主要综述了蚯蚓的营养成分、应用开发、在家禽生产中的应用及其发展前景,以期为进一步开发蚯蚓饲料原料提供参考。
