黄杨粕片盾蚧种群抽样技术研究

研究了黄杨粕片盾蚧种群在小叶黄杨绿篱上的抽样技术，雌成蚧与２龄若蚧的最适抽样部位，在南北向绿篱上向东西方位上层和西面下层，在东西向绿篱上为南北方位下层和北面上层；最适抽样单位为１个枝条；当二阶抽样的初级单元与次级单元的消耗指标Ｃ１／Ｃ２＝１０时，在各种密度下次级单元的最适抽样量为每样株５￣６个枝条；并给出了不同密度条件下样株与枝条的抽样数量配额。

STUDIES ON THE SAMPLING TECHNIQUE OF Parlagena buxi(Takahashi) POPULATION

The sampling technique of the Parlagena buxi population fed on small-leaved buxi (Buxus microphylla Sieb.et Zucc.)hedge is studied. The optimum sampling positions for female abult and second instar nymph are at the upper layer of east and west sides and the lower layer of west side in the S-N direction hedge,and at th lower layer of south and north sides and the upper layer of north side in the E-W direction hedge.The optimum sampling unit is one twig of small leaved buxi.When the sampling consume index(C 1/C 2)of the primary unit and secondary unit for two-stage sampling equals 10,the optimum sampling number of secondary unit is 5 or 6 twigs at each density. The optimum quota for sampling trees and twigs for various density are given ,too.
