摘    要:通过对组合内窝孔精密排种器充种过程的分析,探明了充种过程中种子的运动规律,机理及其影响因素,为系统建立该排种器的设计理论,进行优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:A new type of vertical plate seed metering device filling in inside, i.e., precision metering device with concave metering inner cell has been developed, authorized by a national patent and transferred to four factories. Theoretical analysis and experimental research showed that the main effective factor of limitation of the size variety of seeds and increasing rotational velocity of the vertical plate was the clearing performance of the device. It is one of the main measures of raising the clearing performance to reasonably determine parameters of the device. In this paper, through theoretical analysis of the filling process of seeds in the device, the moving law of the seeds, its mechanism and effective factor during filling were clarified. The foundation of determining position and size of entering hole, the structure and size of the concave metering inner cell and optimal designing were established.
