摘    要:为了解施肥与蒜地土壤呼吸的关系,进行了不同氮、硫配比施肥对蒜地土壤呼吸影响的研究。结果表明:大蒜地土壤呼吸因施肥处理的不同而存在显著差异,无论在苗期还是在成熟期,施N 400kg/hm2且不施S肥处理土壤呼吸速率最高,苗期和成熟期分别为3.56μmol/(m2.s)和5.82μmol/(m2.s),均显著高于对照处理;不同施肥处理对土壤温度变化的响应也存在差别,其中土壤温度对施N 400kg/hm2且不施S肥处理的解释程度也最高,达85.7%;而各处理的土壤呼吸温度敏感性(Q10)间则没有显著差异。

Abstract:The effects of different level of nitrogen and sulfur treatments on soil respiration in garlic fields were studied to know the relationship between fertilization and soil respiration.The results showed that the soil respiration in garlic fields varied significantly with different fertilization treatments.Soil respiration rate of N2S1 was the highest in seedling and mature stage with the value of 3.56 μmol/(m2·s) and 5.82 μmol/(m2·s),respectively and it was significantly higher than other treatments.The relationships between soil respiration and soil temperature varied with different fertilizer treatment.Among them,the interpretation ratio of soil temperature on soil respiration was the highest in treatment of N2S1,which explained 85.7% of the variance.The differences of temperature sensitivity of soil respiration(Q10) were not significant among treatments.
