| 摘 要： | 为了解羊角拗苷对钉螺足肌收缩活动的影响,采用PCLAB-UE生物医学信号采集处理系统测定离体平滑肌收缩频率,观察不同浓度的羊角拗苷对钉螺足肌收缩活动的影响。结果显示,羊角拗苷对钉螺足肌收缩频率的减慢与空白对照组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,先用羊角拗苷后再用新斯的明和阿托品刺激其足肌,其收缩变化无显著差异（P〉0.05）。说明羊角拗苷对钉螺的活动具有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | In order to study the effect of Divaricoside on foot muscle contractile activity of Oncom-elania,PCLAB-UE biomedical signal acquisition system was used to measure its smooth muscle contraction frequency in vitro.The results showed there was significant difference on the reduction of foot muscle contraction frequency between the experimental groups and the blank control group（P0.05）.Oncomelania treated with neostigmine and atropine had no significant difference in the shrinkage of foot muscle（P0.05） before and after treated with Divaricoside.It indicated that Divaricoside could inhibit the activities of Oncomelania. |
