摘    要:
通过韭菜粗提取液与香蕉枯萎病生理4号小种(Foc4)的互作及大棚盆栽试验,研究韭菜对Foc4的抑制作用及其在盆栽条件下对香蕉枯萎病的防控效果。结果表明:韭菜粗提取液能够有效地抑制Foc4菌落的生长,对其有显著的致死效应;盆栽试验显示:在人工接菌的泥炭土和自然带菌的田园土中,韭菜提取液和韭菜残体处理均能显著降低‘巴西’(AAA)香蕉和‘广粉1号’(ABB)粉蕉的枯萎病发病率,降低植株病情指数,从而达到高效的防控效果。

Abstract:
The suppressive and control effect of Chinese leek on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Cubense race 4(Foc4) and banana Fusarium wilt was studies in laboratory and greenhouse.The results showed the extracts of Chinese leek significantly suppressed the growth of Foc4 and resulted in highly lethal effects on the spores.Moreover,in the peat soil artificially inoculated with Foc4 and in the field soil naturally infected with Foc,the disease incidence and disease severity index greatly reduced in the treatme...
