摘    要:比较8种大孔吸附树脂对荭草花旗松素的静态吸附和解吸效果,优化最佳树脂分离纯化荭草花旗松素的工艺技术参数。结果表明:AB-8树脂对荭草花旗松素的吸附和解吸性能较好,对于浓度1.803 mg/mL的花旗松素提取液,AB-8树脂的静态吸附率为61.02%,解吸率94.60%,回收率57.72%;AB-8树脂分离纯化荭草花旗松素的动态吸附和解吸的最佳条件为上柱液浓度1 mg/mL、上柱液流速1 mL/min、洗脱液乙醇的体积分数75%、洗脱液流速1 mL/min、洗脱液用量100 mL;此条件下荭草花旗松素回收率为54.18%,纯度为74.51%。

Abstract:Eight types of macroporous adsorption resin were compared for their static adsorption and desorption capacities towards taxifolin from Polygonum orientale L.,and technological parameters of separation and purification for optimal resin were optimized.The results showed that AB-8 resin was found to have a stronger ability to adsorb and desorb taxifolin;When concentration of taxifolin was 1.803 mg/mL,static adsorption rate of AB-8 resin was 61.02%,static desorption rate was 94.60%,and recovery rate was 57.72%;Optimal conditions of dynamic adsorption and desorption were determined as sample concentration 1 mg/mL,loading flow rate 1 mL/min,ethanol concentration 75%,desorption flow rate 1 mL/min,and amount of eluate 100 mL;Under the optimal conditions,recovery rate and purity were 54.18% and 74.51%,respectively.
