不同遗传基础玉米自交后代的诱导率和加倍率

摘    要:以Reid群、Non-Reid群和DOM群骨干自交系PH6WC、郑58、PH09B、J9D207、PHB1M、PH4CV、A87、S122和丹340为材料,按群体间与群体内共组配9个基础材料,并分别自交形成S_0、S_1、S_2和S_3 4个世代,用于单倍体诱导率及加倍率的研究。用高频诱导系JS96对骨干自交系及4个世代自交材料进行了单倍体杂交诱导,用秋水仙素对不同世代的单倍体种子进行了加倍处理。结果表明:不同类群骨干自交系诱导率差异显著,Reid群、Non-Reid群诱导率较高。群体间组配的基础材料的诱导率和加倍率高于群体内组配的基础材料。群体间组配的基础材料的诱导率高低依次为郑58×J9D207S122×PHB1MPH6WC×A87;加倍率依次为郑58×J9D207PH6WC×A87S122×PHB1M。群体内组配的基础材料的诱导率依次为Reid群Non-Reid群DOM群;加倍率依次为Reid群DOM群Non-Reid群。不同自交后代的平均诱导率,S_0代最高,S_3代最低;不同自交后代的平均加倍率,S_2代最高,S_1代最低。

Abstract:To study haploid induction rate and doubling rate of maize,PH6WC,zheng58,PH09B,B12,PHB1M,PH4CV,A87 and Dan340 were selected as tested materials,9 combinations and 4 generations of inbred lines were formed between them according to their germplasm groups,Reid,Non-Reid and DOM (Lv da red cob and tangsipingtou),which were induced by JS96 and doubled by colchicine as agent.Results showed that induction rate was significantly different between germ plasms,and Reid and Non-Reid were higher.Induction rate and doubling rate of combinations between germplasm groups were higher than combinations formed within germplasm groups.Comparisons of induction rate and doubling rate for combinations between germplasms were ZhengS8 ×B12> S122×PHB1M >PH6WC × A87,and Zheng58 × B12 >PH6WC × A87 > S122 ×PHB1M,respectively.Reid>Non-Reid>DOM;Reid>DOM>Non-Reid for induction rate and doubling rate of germplasms,respectively.On average,the highest induction rate and doubling rate were S0 and S2,and the lowest induction rate and doubling rate were S3 and S1,respectively.
