非洲山毛豆提取物对香蕉交脉蚜的忌避作用研究

摘    要:运用正交回归旋转组合试验研究了非洲山毛豆乙醇提取物和机油乳剂对香蕉交脉蚜的忌避作用及其混用效果 ,结果表明非洲山毛豆乙醇提取物和机油乳剂对香蕉交脉蚜均有明显的忌避作用。当非洲山毛豆乙醇提取物中干物质的量为0.1250g/100ml时 ,忌避作用率为0.3201,0.5g/100ml时忌避作用率为0.1393,两者混用后有明显的增效作用。建立了两种药剂对香蕉交脉蚜的忌避作用的回归模型 :非洲山毛豆Y1=0.2645-0.0904X1-0.0348X21;机油乳剂Y2=0.2645-0.0736X2-0.0068X22,以及混用后的忌避作用模型Y=0.2645-0.0904X1-0.0736X2-0.0348X21

Abstract:The repellent effect of the mixture of the extract from Tephrosia vogelli with petroleum spray oil on the banana aphid Pentalonia nigroervosa was studied by the rotating combination design with orthogonal regression. Result showed that either the extract from Tephrosia vogelli or the petroleum oil had obvious repellence to the banana aphid, and their mixture showed synergic effect remarkably. The regression models were built up between the repellent effect (y) and the extract (X 1) or petroleum spray oil (X 1). They were: Y 1=0.264 5-0.090 4 X 1-0.034 8 X 2 1 and Y 2=0.264 5-0.073 6 X 2_0.006 8 X 2 2. The repellent effect model of a mixture of the extract and petroleum oil was Y=0.264 5- 0.090 4 X 1-0 073 6 X 2-0.034 8 X 2 1.
