粗勒草茎段的消毒灭菌和不定芽诱导的研究

摘    要:研究不同灭菌处理、不同基本培养基、不同激素种类及浓度对粗勒草“黑美人”和“银皇后”两品种茎段不定芽诱导的影响,结果表明:“黑美人”:以75%酒精1min+0.1%HgCl2 20min的灭菌效果最佳,污染率为25.56%;以MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L的诱导效果最好;“银皇后”:以75%酒精1min+0.1%HgCl2 22min的灭菌效果最佳,污染率为29.6%;以MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L的诱导效果最好。

Abstract:The effect of different sterilization treatments,basic mediums,hormone kinds and concentrations on bud inducement of two Aglaonema commutatum varieties was studie.The result indicates that in Aglaonema commutatum"Treubii":75%C2H5OH 1min+0.1% HgCl2 20mins had the best sterilization effect,whose contamination rate was 25.56%,and MS+6-BA 4.0mg / L +NAA 0.05mg / L had the highest inductivity.While in Aglaonema commutatum"Malay Beauty":75%C2H5OH 1min+0.1% HgCl2 22mins had the best sterilization effect,whose cont...
