摘    要:阐述服务营销的概念和图书馆服务营销的发展历程,将营销理念引入图书馆服务,提出了高校图书馆五维服务营销策略,即人本管理策略、创新服务营销策略、服务营销多元化策略、服务营销品牌策略和服务营销渠道策略。

Abstract:This paper has described the concept of service marketing and history of the Service Marketing in Libraries,the marketing concept to introduce library services,and put forward a five-dimensional university library service marketing strategy,including the human management strategy,Innovative services strategy,diversification strategy,brand strategy and channel strategy.
