| 摘 要： | 对高产棉花棉株不同部位棉铃发育的系统研究表明 :棉株中部铃发育期赤霉素 (GA3 )含量与棉铃体积的增大密切相关 ,上部铃在内部充实期GA3 含量则对棉铃增重具有重要的诱导作用 ;不同部位棉铃中玉米素 (ZR)含量的高低则与整个棉铃发育期铃重的增长量呈显著正相关。说明整株棉铃的增重受棉铃内源激素GA3 和ZR含量水平的调节。

| Abstract: | Development of bolls in the different parts of high yielding cotton plants was systematically studied. It was found that the content of GA 3 in the bolls in the middle part of cotton plants was closely related to the expansion of bolls volume. The content of GA 3 also played a vital role in the induction of weight enhancement of bolls located on the upper part of cotton plants. The content of ZR in the bolls in different parts of cotton plants was significantly correlated to the increase of boll weights. The results indicated that the enhancement of cotton bolls was regulated by the contents of endogenous hormones GA 3 and ZR. |
