| 摘 要： | 农业产业化建设对于提高云南农产品在国内外市场的竞争能力、提高农业综合效益以及提高农民收入具有重要的意义。为了保证资金的使用效益,提高农业项目的管理水平,构建了一套包括项目完成情况、项目管理、资金管理、效益和效果四重绩效的指标体系,运用层次分析法设计了相应的权重,以提高农业产业化项目的管理水平和资金利用效率。
