对家兔胴体和肉品质测量方法进行详细介绍,旨在更准确的定义家兔胴体和肉质特性,并提供家兔胴体和肉质常用专业术语,为育种等研究工作及家兔生产者提供方便和依据。

Abstract:
The methods for detecting the carcass trait and meat quality of rabbit were fully described in this paper. Commonly used technical terms for carcass trait and meat quality were well-defined in order to provide the basis for researchers and farmers.
