摘    要:采用优化的CTAB法提取宁杞1号和黑果枸杞的叶片基因组DNA,利用紫外分光光度计、琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测所得DNA的浓度和纯度,并进行PCR扩增。从101个引物中筛选出12个10 bp的随机引物对这两种枸杞的DNA样品进行RAPD扩增,共得到111条谱带,61条表现出多态性,多态性比率达54.95%。结果表明,宁杞1号与黑果枸杞的相似系数S=0.618,遗传距离D=0.382。
