Carnitine and Its Application in Fish Aquiculture

In this paper it had been discussed that physiological action of Camitine inside fish's body and how to use it in fish aquiculture, such as using Carnitine to save amino acid,preventing disease,adding it into feed,and how to product it and so on.In fish aquiculture Carnitine can be used to raise the rate of fish weighting, and surviving. It can also strengthen the capacity of surviving the winter of fish, raise its adaptability to long-distance transport,reduce the content of ammonia and nitrogen in the water, and improve environment of the water.
