噻虫胺与吡蚜酮复配对稻飞虱的控制效应和稻田天敌安全性分析

摘    要:为明确噻虫胺和吡蚜酮复配增效作用,开发新型防治稻飞虱的复配药剂,利用室内毒力测定和田间试验验证,明确复配药剂对田间稻飞虱的控制效果和对天敌安全性。室内毒力测定结果表明,噻虫胺与吡蚜酮按3:1、2:1、1:1、1:2和1:3的比例进行复配后均具有一定的增效作用,其中以1:2的比例复配共毒系数最大,增效作用最好。田间试验结果表明,30%噻虫.吡蚜酮SC具有较好的速效性和持久性,制剂用量为300-375 mL/hm2时,药后1 d对稻飞虱防治效果达到70%以上,速效性优于吡蚜酮,药后35 d对稻飞虱防治效果达到85%以上,持效性优于噻虫胺,与吡蚜酮无差异,且对低龄、高龄若虫均具有很好的防治效果。同时30%噻虫﹒吡蚜酮SC对稻田蜘蛛安全,可大面积应用于水稻生产。

Clothianidin and Pymetrozine: Synergy on Planthoppers and Safety Analysis on Natural Enemies
Abstract:To clarify the synergy of clothianidin and pymetrozine, and develop a new type compound pesticide to control rice planthoppers, we studied the control effect of the compound on rice planthoppers in field and its safety to natural enemies by indoor laboratory toxicity test and field test. Indoor toxicity test showed that: there were some synergies when clothianidin and pymetrozine were mixed at the ratio of 3:1, 2:1, 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3, the ratio of 1:2 had the best co-toxicity effect. Field test showed that: 30% clothianidin·pymetrozine SC had quickacting and long-lasting effects; when the dosage was 300-375 mL/hm2, the control effect on planthoppers was over 70% after 1 day, the quick-acting was better than that of pymetrozine; while after 35 days, the control effect on planthoppers was over 85%, the long-lasting effect was better than that of clothianidin and had no difference compared with pymetrozine. In addition, it had good control effect on both young and old nymphs. The 30% clothianidin ·pymetrozine SC is safe to spiders in paddy field and can be applied to rice production in large area.
