加工过程的神经网络自适应控制

摘    要:研究了加工过程智能控制的神经网络方法,分析了加工过程模型、神经网络建模和神经网络自适应控制。提出了用双网结构的控制策略对加工过程进行控制,NNI网络实现加工过程的系统辨识,进行在线建模;NNC网络根据系统的当前状态实现切削参数的自适应调整来优化加工过程,提高加工效率。仿真试验结果表明这种控制策略的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The intelligent control of the machining process using neural network method is studied and the machining process model,neural network modeling and adaptive control based on neural network are analyzed in this paper.The control strategy of machining process using two neural networks is presented.The neural network identifier(NNI) is used to implement system identification and to model the cutting process on-line.The neural network controller(NNC) is used to adjust adaptively cutting parameters to get optimal machining process according to current state of the system.The simulation test results show that the proposed control strategy is both feasible and efficient.
