大马勃菌种液体发酵培养条件的研究

摘    要:以菌丝体的生物量和多糖为指标,对大马勃液体发酵培养基及培养条件进行优化筛选。结果表明,最佳培养基配方为蔗糖3.0%、酵母膏0.75%、磷酸二氢钾0.15%、硫酸镁0.1%;最佳培养条件为pH值为6.5,温度为28℃,接种量为10%,摇瓶装量为100 mL。

Abstract:Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices,culture media and culturing conditions for liquid fermentation of Calvatia gigantean Lloyd were selected.The results showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 3.0%,yeast extract paste 0.75%,KH2PO4 0.15%,MgSO4 0.1%,and the optimum culturing condition was pH 6.5,culturing temperature 28℃,inoculum concentration 10%,and filling level were 100 mL.
