| 摘 要： | 结合云南省当前农业发展形式和目标,以及当前新型职业农民培育存在的诸多问题,通过借鉴国外发达国家职业农民培育的经验,提出促进云南省新型职业农民培育的对策,包括加强农民培训力度,发展农村职业教育,完善惠农和促进人才回流政策.

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of agricultural development in Yunnan Province,and the problems existing in the cultivation of new vocational farmers,by using the experience on the cultivation of new vocational farmers from aboard,we put forward some new countermeasures to promote the cultivation of new vocational farmers in Yunnan Province,including strengthening farmers＇ training,developing rural vocational education,and improving the farmer-benefiting policies. |
