摘    要:文章选择欧洲专利局专利数据库、美国专利商标局专利数据库和中国国家知识产权局专利数据库,采集1980年1月1日2011年12月31日的全球生物节水技术专利文献,建立专利数据库,并运用HIT-恒库专利信息服务平台分析系统,分别从专利申请与授权趋势、申请人、发明人和区域分布等方面,对全球生物节水技术专利进行了深入分析,在对比分析我国在此领域与国外存在的差距的基础上,提出了发展我国生物节水技术专利的策略。

Abstract:Based on the patent database of European Patent Office (EPO), United States Patent and Trademark Office and State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C, the world water-saving technology patents from January 1, 1980 to December 31, 2011 were collected and the associated patent database was established. Then the trend of patent application and licensing, patent applicant, patent inventor, patent regional distribution were deeply analyzed using HIT (Hengku patent information service platform analysis system). Finally, the gap in this field between China and foreign was analyzed comparatively, and the strategy of developing national biological water-saving technology patent was proposed.
