| 摘 要： | 试验旨在研究复方中草药对鲤鱼生长指标、生化指标及抗病力的影响.选取平均体重为（55±5）g的健康鲤鱼,随机分为4组（对照组、中草药复方Ⅰ、中草药复方Ⅱ、中草药复方Ⅲ）,每组2个重复,每个重复16尾鱼,试验周期为42 d.结果表明,添加中草药复方Ⅱ组效果最好,且溶菌酶活力显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.用嗜水气单胞菌对鲤鱼进行攻毒试验的结果表明,添加中草药复方Ⅱ可以显著降低鲤鱼的死亡率（P＜0.05）,比对照组免疫保护率提高50％.

| Abstract: | The effects of the fermented Chinese herbs on growth index, biochemical index and disease resis- tance of common carp were studied in this experiment. Healthy common carp with an average body weight of（55＋_5）g was randomly divided into 4 groups control group, herbal compound group I , herbal compound group Ⅱ, herbal compound group Ⅲ）. The experiment lasted 42 d and carried out twice with 16 fish in each group. The results showed that the herbal compound group Ⅱ had significant higher serum lysozyme level than the control group（P〈 0.05）. The result of the experiment with aeromonas hydrophila to common carp for challenge showed that, herbal compound group Ⅱ had lower mortality than control group with 50% higher RPS. |
