| Abstract: | Theory and practice for agricultural research institutions in China and abroad to implement strengthening academy by talents strategy was summarized in the paper. Problems in Chinese agricultural research institutions to implement strengthening academy by talents strategy were analyzed. Ideas and approaches of constructing agricultural research institutions to implement strengthening academy by talents strategy system were put forward, in order to provide reference for this work. |
