不同形态微量元素对肉鸡生产、屠宰性能和血清酶活性的影响

摘    要:试验探讨肉仔鸡日粮中添加不同形态的微量元素对其生产性能、屠宰性能、血清酶活性的影响.试验分为全无机、全有机、有机和无机各半3个试验组.试验结果表明,在肉仔鸡生长前期(1~21日龄),全有机组生产性能优于全无机组(P>0.05),从后期和全期来看,全有机组生产性能优于无机组(P>0.05);有机组腹脂率和腹脂厚度分别比无机组降低7.55%和11.64% (P>0.05).与无机组相比,有机组腿肌率显著提高22.07% (P<0.05);有机组有提高胫骨长度和宽度的趋势(P>0.05),有机组有提高血清碱性磷酸酶和5'-核苷酸酶活性,并有降低血清尿素氮的趋势(P>0.05).由此可见,有机微量元素可以提高肉鸡的生产性能,对肉鸡屠宰性能、血清酶活和尿素氮方面有一定影响.

Abstract:The experiment studied the comparison of different composition of trace element forms on productiv- ity, slaughter performance, serum enzyme activity in broilers. The experiment was designed with three treatments, in- cluding inorganic trace mineral group(ITM), chelated trace mineral group(CTM) and one-half of inorganic and che- lated trace mineral group(ITM+CTM) individually. The results showed that the growth performance of broilers with CTM was better than ITM slightly(P〉0.05). The broilers in CTM group was decreased by 7.55% and 11.64% than ITM group on the abdominal fat and subcutaneous fat respectively (P〉0.05), and could increase 22.07% of leg mus- cle significantly(P〈0.05). The length and width of the tibia tended to increase in the broilers fed CTM(P〉0.05). Com- pared with ITM treatment, the CTM group can increase serum alkaline phosphatase and 5'-nucleotidase activity, and also had a tendency of decreasing the content of serum urea nitrogen(P〉0.05). Consequently, using the composition of CTM can improve the production performance, effect slaughter performance, blood urea nitrogen and serum en- zyme activity in broilers.
