| 摘 要： | 信息化管理是一种现代化的项目管理方式。文章阐述了农业建设项目信息化管理的涵义及特点,研究了农业建设项目信息化管理的路径,并以农业部农业建设项目管理信息系统为例,对农业建设项目信息化管理进行了实证分析,从工作方式、管理理念、工作基础、推进形式、运行机制等方面提出了开展我国农业建设项目信息化管理的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The information management is a modern project management method. The connotation and characters of information management of agricultural construction project were elaborated in the paper. Paths of information management of agricultural construction project were studied. Taking information system of agricultural construction project management of Ministry of Agriculture as a ease, the information management of agricultural construction project was empirically analyzed. Related proposals were put forward from working modes, management ideas, working bases, advancing forms, and operating mechanisms, etc. |
