摘    要:赤霉素(Gibberellin acid,GA)是植物生长发育过程中的一种重要调节物质,在植物生长发育中起着重要作用。试验研究了GA处理浓度和处理时间对加工型辣椒种子萌发的影响。试验结果表明,浓度为200mg/L的GA溶液,浸种6h最有效,能将辣椒种子发芽势提高25.0%以上,发芽指数、活力指数和壮苗指数均得到大幅度提高,且幼苗的节间长度较短,有利于种子萌发和培育壮苗。

Abstract:Gibberellin acid (GA) is an important regulating substance which plays a key role in the plant growth. This paper studied the effect of GA acid at different concentrations for different soaking time on the processing purpose hot pepper seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that the most appropriate gibberellin concentration was 200 mg/L, the suitable soaking time was 6 h. Gibberellin acid could promote germination energy, germination index, vigor index and seedling index.
