超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定蔬菜、水果和土壤中多菌灵的残留研究

摘    要:应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪建立了多茵灵在黄瓜、番茄、葡萄、苹果和土壤中的残留检测方法。前处理方法采用乙酸乙酯提取,多反应离子监测技术确定多茵灵的2对离子m/z191.2/132和m/z191.2/160为定性离子.m/z191.2/160为定量离子。结果表明,本方法的最低检出浓度为O.001mg/L,线性范围为0.001-1mg/L,添加回收率范围为87.86%~112.71%,变异系数为1.54%-6.22%。

Abstract:An uhral performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of carbendazim residues in soil,cucumber, tomato, grape and apple. The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and determined by UPLC-MS/MS. The precursor ion/product ion transitions were m/z 191.2/130 and m/z 191.2/160 at the mode of multi-reaction monitor and m/z 191.2/160 was used for quantification. The good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.001mg/L-1.00mg/L. The limit of detection was 0.001mg/kg. The recoveries were 87.86% -112.71% and the coefficient of variation were 1.54%-6.22%.
