| 摘 要： | 利用4个微卫星座位BM1818，BM1258，BM1443和BM1905，对240头北京褐斯坦奶牛进行了遗传检测，计算了4个微卫星座位的等位基因频率、多态信息含量、有效等位基因数、杂合度，其中BM1443的遗传变异最大，BM1818的最小。 |

| Abstract: | The genetic variation of 4 microsatellite loci BM1818, BM1258, BM1443, BM1905 were analyzed in 240 Beijing histon cows.Allele frequencies, polymorphism information content, effective numbers of alleles, gene heterozygosity for 4 microsatellite loci were calculated. The results revealed the greatest genetic variation in BM1443 and the lowest in BM1818. |
