| Abstract: | This research proposes that the library, as the public knowledge organization which is facing to the peasant laborers who return to the hometown to start an undertaking autonomously serves capital by negative effect of financial crisis, is centering on providing knowledge resource, technology resource and supporting for the peasant laborers being self-employed so as to Boost China＇ s economy developing stably and quickly. |
