| 摘 要： | 通过对发动机机油预热及电磁加热方式的研究,开发设计了一套便捷、快速的非车载机油预热装置。本装置采用外接220V电源使电磁线圈通电并产生高频交变磁场,以达到预热发动机机油的目的;采用液压升降装置调节预热装置与发动机油底壳之间的高度,使该装置可适用于不同车型。本装置可以解决汽车在冷启动时发动机磨损严重和由于外界环境温度过低导致的启动困难等问题。

| Abstract: | Through the study of engine oil preheating and electromagnetic heating methods,a convenient and fast non-vehicle-mounted oil preheating device is designed and developed.The device uses external 220V power supply to electrify electromagnetic coils and produce a high frequency alternating magnetic field in order to preheat engine oil.A hydraulic lifting device is used to adjust the clearance between the preheating device and the engine oil pan to make the device suitable for many different kinds of vehicle models.The device can solve the problems with serious engine wear caused by cold startup and difficult startup caused by too low outdoor ambient temperature. |
