基于主成分回归的黑龙江省粮食生产能力影响因素分析

针对当前的粮食安全问题,结合黑龙江省的情况,将影响粮食单产与粮食种植面积的指标综合考虑,由于指标较多和相互间可能的相关性,故先利用主成分分析将多个影响指标综合成少数具有代表性地反映所有影响因素的几个指标来代替,再建立回归模型来进行定量分析。该方法有效地避免了回归分析中的变量相关的问题,提高了拟合的精度和效用。

The Analysis of the Affecting Factors about Grain Production Capacity Based on Principal Component Regression in Heilongjiang

The paper investigated the index about per unit area yield of grain and food area in all aspects,aimed at the current food safety problems and combined with the condition of Heilongjiang Province.Due to the index more and mutual possible correlation,first turn on the many index into a few index which can express all of the factors using the principal component analysis method,then quantitative analysis using the regression model.This method avoid the variable related problems of regression analysis effectively,meanwhile improve the precision and utility of the fitting.
