利用清蛋白多态性鉴定玉米种子纯度研究

摘    要:利用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对生产上应用的53个玉米杂交种及亲本自交系干种子清蛋白(白蛋白Albumin)进行了电泳分析。结果表明,改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分辨率高、鉴别能力强、准确;不仅能鉴别杂交种及亲本自交系,对血缘关系较近的材料,如同母异父单交种、含有同一血缘的不同衍生系也能区分开。利用该技术

Abstract:Improved PAGE technique was a high resolving and identifying power, nice repeat capacity as well as quick and accurate identification method. In this experiment, maize seed albumin of 53 hybrids and parental inbred lines were analyzed with the electrophoretic technique. The results showed that the PAGE technique can distinguish not only the seeds of hybrid and parental inbred line but also those of the single cross hybrids with one same parent. Field test showed the consistent result to the electrophoretic analysis of seed purity from 10 samples in 6 hybrids. Two results from the two methods was significantly related in statistics (r=0.9007).
