基于 Web of Science 数据库的榴莲研究文献计量学分析

摘    要:为了解目前榴莲的发展现状和研究热点,本文采用文献计量学和可视化分析学相结合的方法从年发文量、来源出版物、主要研究机构、关键词等角度对基于 Web of Science 数据库检索出来的 2009-2020 年间收录的国内外有关榴莲研究的论文进行统计分析。检索出这 12年间共发表了 345篇论文,绝大部分是以英文形式发表,从总体上看是呈增长的趋势,马来西亚发文量最多,其中以 Mirhosseini H 为首发文量最多,期刊以 Food Chemistry 为主,研究机构以Univ Putra Malaysia 发文量最多。近 12 年来研究热点有酸性、优化、吸收性、榴莲壳等。近年来,国际上研究学者对榴莲从多学科多领域开展了广泛的研究, 且从研究内容上看,涉及食用、吸附性能的研究较多。

Bibliometric Analysis of Durian Research Based on Web of Science Database
Abstract:In order to understand the current development status and research hotspots of durian, this article uses the method of combining bibliometrics and visual analysis to retrieve the database based on Web of Science from the perspectives of annual publications, source publications, main research institutions, and keywords. A statistical analysis of the domestic and foreign papers on durian research collected from 2009 to 2020. A total of 345 papers published in the past 12 years were retrieved, most of which were published in English. Generally speaking, there is a growing trend. Malaysia has the largest number of publications. Among them, Mirhosseini H has the largest number of first publications, and the journal is Food Chemistry. The main research institution is Univ Putra Malaysia with the largest number of publications. In the past 12 years, research hotspots include acidity, optimization, absorption, durian shell, etc. In recent years, international researchers have carried out extensive research on durian from multiple disciplines and fields, and from the perspective of research content, there are many studies involving edible and adsorption properties.
