铜对苦荞萌发及其幼苗生理的影响

摘    要:铜是植物必需的微量元素之一,为了合理施用铜,研究了硫酸铜浸种对苦荞种子萌发生理特性的影响。结果表明:硫酸铜浸种有促进苦荞种子萌发的作用,0.002 5%的硫酸铜浸种效果最好,发芽率可以提高20%,活力指数可以提高64.9%;硫酸铜浸种对苦荞种子脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶的活性也有一定的促进作用。硫酸铜浸种还可以一定程度上提高苦荞幼苗产量和黄酮含量,0.002 5%的硫酸铜浸种效果最好,增产8%,黄酮含量增加8.4%。

Effect of Copper on Germination and Seedlings Physiology of Buckwheat Seeds
Abstract:Copper is one of the essential microelement of plant.The effect of CuSO4 on the germination and physiological characteristics of buckwheat seeds was study in this test.The results showed that the germination of buckwheat seeds soaked by CuSO4 was improved.The effect of CuSO4 of 0.0025 % was the best,the germination rate was improved by 20%,the vigor index was improved by 64.9%.CuSO4 could improve the dehydrogenase and catalase of buckwheat seeds to some degree.CuSO4 could improve the yield and the flavonoids content of buckwheat sprouts to some degree.The production was increased by 8 % and the content of flavonoids increased by 8.4 %.
