摘    要:为探索同一基因型小麦籽粒质量性状空间变异特征,以2008-2012年河南省新乡市、鹤壁市和安阳市定点采集的农户大田小麦品种矮抗58样品(145份)为材料,采用GS+9.0软件对矮抗58籽粒质量性状进行半方差函数分析,用ArcGis 9.3软件的地统计分析模块绘制空间分布图。结果表明,小麦籽粒千粒重、面团稳定时间具有强的空间相关性,且年际间稳定;沉淀值具有强的空间相关性,但年际间有变化;容重具有中等空间相关性;籽粒蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量的空间相关性较弱,且年际间稳定性差。小麦籽粒千粒重、容重在研究区域内分布规律相似,由西北至东南方向呈现递减趋势;面团稳定时间由西北至东南方向呈现递增趋势。因此,千粒重和面团稳定时间可以作为优质小麦生产区划的重要参考性状,容重和沉淀值可作为参考性状。

Abstract:In order to explore the spatial variability characteristics of grain quality parameters of one wheat cultivar, 145 samples of wheat variety Aikang 58 were collected from the farmlands in Xinxiang city, Hebi city and Anyang city of Henan Province from 2008 to 2012. Semivariogram of wheat quality properties was analyzed using GS+9.0 software, and spatial distribution maps of grain quality traits of Aikang 58 were drawn using geostatistics analysis of ArcGis 9.3 software. The results showed that 1 000 kernel weight and dough stability exhibited strong spatial correlation and the interannual variation of which was not obvious. Sedimentation value had strong spatial correlation, while there was a great change in 2010. Test weight exhibited moderate spatial correlation, and protein content and wet gluten content had weak and unstable spatial correlation. Both 1 000 kernel weight and test weight in the northwest were the highest and gradually reduced towards the southeast, while stability showed an opposite tendency. It is concluded that 1 000 kernel weight and dough stability could be regarded as a key reference indicators for high quality wheat production regionalization, and test weight and sedimentation value could be regarded as reference indicators.
