云南省小麦品种(系)抗秆锈性分析

为了解当前云南省小麦品种对小麦秆锈病的抗性,于2012-2013年用小麦秆锈菌生理小种21C3CTHQM、34MKGQM和混合小种对收集到的云南省102份小麦生产品种和68份农家品种进行了抗秆锈病鉴定。结果表明,凤麦39、靖麦10号、玉麦3号等65份生产品种及云0072、云0300、云0205等3份农家品种对小麦秆锈病表现抗性,分别占供试品种(系)的63.7%和4.4%。表明云南省小麦农家品种的抗性水平总体较差;生产品种对小麦秆锈病的抗性总体处于中等水平,一些新育成的优良品种以及大面积推广品种对小麦秆锈菌表现高度感病,这种情况应引起高度重视。

Analysis on Resistance to Stem Rust of Wheat Cultivars from Yunnan

To appraise the resistance to wheat stem rust of the wheat cultivars in Yunnan Province, 102 wheat cultivars and 68 landraces were investigated for their resistances to two experimental races 21C3CTHQM and 34MKGQM, and mixed physiological races of wheat stem rust at adult stage during 2012-2013. The results indicated that 65 wheat cultivars such as Fengmai 39, Jingmai 10, Yumai 3 and 3 landraces were resistant to wheat stem rust, which accounted for 63.7% and 4.4%, respectively. It was showed the resistance to wheat stem rust of landraces was poor, and no ideal germplasm resources was found; the wheat cultivars showed middle resistance to wheat stem rust, but some new bred wheat varieties and cultivars that had been used in production of large area were highly susceptible, so we should pay more attention to this situation.
