摘    要:本研究旨在探索和研究水稻叶片不同生育期叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)与实测水稻叶片光谱的变化规律和响应特征。通过采集研究区水稻发育关键期叶片光谱及叶绿素相对含量,研究探讨了随着生育期的推进,水稻叶片光谱特征变化以及与SPAD变化响应关系,分析比对了SPAD与四个生育期水稻DVI、RVI、EVI2等植被指数敏感波段。结果表明,随着生育期推进SPAD值逐渐减少,可见光范围光谱反射率呈一致的逐步增加趋势;孕穗期近红外波段对SPAD反映敏感,抽穗期、灌浆期和成熟期可见光波段对SPAD敏感;四种植被指数与SPAD值相关性,DVI与孕穗期、成熟期,RVI对抽穗期,EVI2对灌浆期的SPAD值更敏感。

Analysis of hyperspectral and SPDA values in multiple growth stages of rice
Abstract:In order to explore the variation regularity and response characteristics bewteen chlorophyll relative content (SPAD) in rice leaves and spectra at different growth stages. In this study, the spectra and SPAD values of rice leaves at Booting, Heading, Filling and Ripening stages of rice development were collected. Compared with the spectral characteristics of rice leaves and their response to SPAD, and analysis the response of SPAD and DVI, RVI, EVI2 in the four different stages. The results showed that The SPAD values decreased with growth and the spectral reflectance in the visible range also showed a consistent increasing trend. At booting stage, SPAD was sensitive to near infrared band, while at Heading stage, Filling stage and Ripening stage, SPAD was sensitive to visible band. The correlation between four vegetation indices and SPAD value was significant, DVI in Booting and Ripening, RVI in Heading, EVI2 in Filling stage was more sensitive.
